We work for the best, we work with the best!
Below we present a number of useful suggestions regarding the preparation of the project in various aspects of our services:

Preparation of files for laser cutting

Preferred cutting formats for us: .ai, .dxf, .plt,
Preferred for us engraving formats: .bmp, .jpg, .png, .raw, .eps,
  • all designs in cut formats should have closed sketch lines (loop)
  • all designs in cutting formats must avoid double lines (superimposed on each other)
  • all designs in cutting formats should be on a 1: 1 scale
  • if it is not possible to export a 1: 1 model, the attached drawing should contain information about at least one dimension we need to scale the object
  • all information in the drawing should be in a separate drawing layer
  • the cutting object should be saved in one layer
  • if the drawing is a section and there are lines in the hatched section, please delete them
  • It is a good practice to send a drawing to us eg in DXF format and its equivalent in PDF format (secondary verification or errors after export to vector graphics)
  • all fonts should be converted into curves in the case of projects in vector formats
  • if it is not possible to change the font into a curve, please provide the font used in the standardized standard (omit the basic fonts of the Windows 10 environment)
  • if the object is a combination of many techniques, ie font, contour for cutting, vector engraving and engraving from raster graphics, each object should be exported to a separate layer
  • file formats or their exports intended for engraving should have a resolution of no less than 300 DPI
in the case of using Polish diacritical characters in vector formats, there is the possibility of "sprinkling" the font despite the correct font format provided to us (please try to counteract this phenomenon in your own way or follow the advice above)
  • in the case of intentional desire to obtain various effects on the same surface, eg during engraving, please let us know
  • in the case of the desire to obtain elements "slightly undercut" in the cutting process for the purpose of their subsequent breaking off, please let us know
  • The largest single element of the project must fit into the field of machines max 1380x900 [mm]
  • The design should not have elements smaller than 2-3 [mm]
  • Cut lines should not overlap or intersect

Preparation of files for CNC milling

Preferred cutting formats for us: .dxf, .dwg, .sat, .step
Preferred for us engraving formats: .bmp, .jpg, .png, .raw, .eps,

  • in the case of spatial models, please attach a technical drawing of the workpiece.

Preparation of files for 3D printing

Preferred formats: .stl
  • please send models with closed / repaired surfaces
  • Please inform us about the assumed external dimension of the printed element
  • if we print elements such as fasteners or sensor covers, please at least simplify the technical drawing with the key dimensions marked (shrinkage of
  • the material during printing causes a change in the dimension of eg the hole despite the achieved external dimension of the printout)
  • please let us know about the material from which we print and / or the work parameters of the element after printing
  • if the material or expected color is not specified, we reserve a PLA print in the color we currently have on the machine
  • we print in a given color of the filament without the possibility of changing the color in different cross-sections of the printed geometric figure
  • we ask for information about the finishing of the printout, we normally remove unnecessary supports after printing, and the issues related to the "high-gloss" finish are left to the ordering party
  • it is possible to print in the "high gloss" standard, but it requires an additional paid service.
  • please let us know in what resolution the elements are to be printed, as a standard it is 0.2 [mm] layer thickness and 25 to 30% fill (this is a compromise between aesthetics and print speed) for higher resolution (maximum 0.06 [mm] layer) is associated with a higher print price

Preparation of files and materials for composite forming:

Because the issues related to the preparation of documentation or the element to be mapped are each time determined individually, the best solution proposed by us is to contact our specialists in order to present the best path to obtain the desired goal in this field.

Preparation of files and materials for prototype work or consoles and operator desks

This section of our interests, just like composite formation, is an interdisciplinary field that combines all the features and production capabilities that we have at our disposal. Therefore, all issues related to achieving the planned goals are set individually with our advisers.

Final remarks:

At any time from the moment of submitting a question we offer help in building a better communication channel and data exchange with our clients better and more effectively. However, we reserve the right to increase production costs individually if the customer does not want or simply can not make adjustments to the standards set out above, but we always inform you about this fact. In reference to the presented situation, we also inform that we often deviate from additional costs in order to warm our customer relations, but in extreme situations when the design or model requires a deep modification we remain consistent with the adopted provisions.
